A relationship
workshop in your
browser.
Twofold isn't a therapy replacement. It's a workshop — opinionated, structured tools that help couples see the patterns under their arguments, run difficult conversations, and make decisions they won't regret by Friday.
Why we built Twofold.
Most couples' sites sell you a quiz, give you a fortune-cookie result, and ask for your email. Twofold does the opposite.
Every tool here does real work — it parses what you typed, scores what you said, or generates a structured plan based on your inputs. No "your love language is Quality Time with Words of Affirmation, here's a wallpaper" gimmicks. If the tool can be done with a random number generator, we didn't build it.
The 22 tools were chosen because they correspond to the conversations couples actually have — and usually avoid. Arguments that loop. Money talks that never quite start. The "should we move in together" paralysis. The in-law visit. The "where do you actually see us in five years" question that ends in a shrug.
Pick the friction. There's probably a tool for it.
Communication & Conflict
The arguments, the apologies, the language you didn't realize you were using.
Conflict De-escalation Decoder
Type what you argued about. Get the 4 layers under it: surface demand, emotion, hidden fear, repair path. Plus the phrases that won't help.
Read the framework →Apology Quality Score
Paste your apology. Get scored on 6 dimensions: specificity, ownership, impact, repair offer, defensiveness, timing. Plus a rewrite.
Read the framework →"We" vs "Me" Language Analyzer
Paste a conversation or journal entry. Get counts of pronouns, autonomy markers, and fusion markers — and what those patterns actually mean.
Read the framework →Intimacy Conversation Cards
Not bedroom prompts — structured prompts across emotional, physical, spiritual, and practical domains. With safety rails and aftercare built in.
Read the framework →Bonding & Connection
Date nights that don't feel like a list, love languages that actually map onto each other.
Love Language Sync Map
Both partners fill a 30-question grid. Get a compatibility heatmap, the 3 friction patterns, and a 7-day micro-action plan — not just "you're Words of Affirmation."
Read the framework →Date Idea Generator with Depth
Filter by energy, budget, introvert/extrovert, conversation depth. Get 3 ideas each with a "why this works for you" rationale and a post-date reflection prompt.
Read the framework →Anniversary & Memory Builder
Track meaningful dates. Get periodic "remember when" prompts. Visualize the timeline. Stop letting important dates slip because life is loud.
Read the framework →In-Law Navigation Planner
For the next family event. Get role-play scripts, boundary lines you can actually say, and an exit strategy if things go sideways.
Read the framework →Decisions & Money
Where to eat. Whether to spend. The money talk you keep postponing.
Shared Decision Matrix
For the choices that loop. Weighted scoring, deal-breaker filter, "regret minimization" lens, and a fairness meter so neither person feels steamrolled.
Read the framework →Gift Decoder
Beyond "10 gifts for him." Inputs: interests, budget, occasion, message you want to send. Output: 3 archetypes with reasoning + card text + what to avoid.
Read the framework →Living-Together Compatibility Audit
30 weighted factors across sleep, social, noise, food, privacy, guests, chores. Get scored, get the red-flag topics, get the conversation starters.
Read the framework →Finances Talk Simulator
Pre-conversation prep for money talks. Identify your money story, predict friction topics, get scripts for opening, and deal-breaker discovery questions.
Read the framework →Growth & Patterns
The patterns you keep repeating. The future you keep avoiding.
Couple's Burnout Recovery Plan
12-question diagnostic → burnout type + severity → 14-day reconnection protocol with daily 15-minute actions and escalation warnings.
Read the framework →Future Vision Diff Tool
Each partner privately answers 12 life questions (kids, location, career, finances). Then compare: alignment map, gap analysis, where to start talking.
Read the framework →Appreciation Ratio Calculator
Track positive vs. corrective interactions over 7 days. Inspired by Gottman's 5:1 — but with the "what counts as positive" reference built in.
Read the framework →Mood Weather Map
Daily couple check-in (1–10 + tags + note). Get a 7-day visualization, trigger pattern detection, and an early warning for low-mood stretches.
Read the framework →Life Events
Travel, moving in, getting a pet, the wedding. Big transitions, pre-made frameworks.
Travel Compatibility Compass
Pre-trip alignment on 6 dimensions (pacing, planning, risk, budget, social, downtime). Get a compromise roadmap before you book the flight.
Read the framework →Moving-In-Together Readiness Score
35 weighted factors across finances, chores, space, social, family, future. Get a score, red-flag topics, and a 30-day prep calendar.
Read the framework →Pet Parenting Compatibility
Lifestyle fit, responsibility split matrix, and a match against pet archetypes (with rationale, not "your spirit animal is a corgi").
Read the framework →Long-Distance Rhythm Builder
Time-zone-aware scheduling, ritual builder, "what counts as connection" framework, visit prep, and a reunion script.
Read the framework →Wedding Planning Reality Check
Priorities vs. must-haves matrix, family pressure mapper, vendor red flags, and a "what you can actually skip" reality filter. Not a budget spreadsheet — a thinking tool.
Read the framework →After a Breakup
One tool, deliberately. Built around stage-aware guidance and clear limits.
What Twofold is, and what it isn't.
It is
- · A workshop. Frameworks and prompts.
- · Real logic. Each tool does actual work on your input.
- · Private. No accounts. No tracking cookies. Only localStorage on your device.
- · Free. No paywalls. No "premium tier" teasing.
- · Honestly opinionated. We tell you when a tool won't help.
It is not
- · A substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
- · A diagnostic tool. We won't tell you if your relationship is "toxic."
- · A data-harvesting quiz funnel.
- · AI-generated motivational wallpaper.
- · A replacement for the actual hard conversations.
What to expect when you open one.
Read the brief
Every tool opens with: why it exists, what it does, and when not to use it.
Fill the inputs
Two to ten minutes. We tell you what each input does and what we're inferring from it.
Get the structured output
A plan, a score, a script, a comparison. Not a fortune cookie.
Read the caveats
Every tool ends with "how to interpret this" and "where this breaks down."
